We are excited to finally be opening our first location in Grimes Iowa!
Our Franchisee Dylan and Queennie Gemelli are constructing a New 12,000 square foot Building at 1884 SE Destination Drive, Grimes, Iowa 50111.
“After being involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years, I decided to continue to follow my passion and use my experience as a fitness expert and become a franchisee of Elite Edge and we already have 20 clients signed up for our new Grimes location opening in February,” said Dylan Gemelli, the Elite Edge Grimes Franchisee
The 60-minute, Strength training, and fat loss concept aim to help members lose body fat, build muscle and meet overall fitness goals in a short amount of time, he said.
Participants burn from 500 to 1,000 calories per 60-minute training session, using a variety of equipment including barbells, rowing machines, TRX suspension training, kettlebells, punching bags, dumbbells, prowler sleds, aerodyne bikes, battle ropes, and nutrition counseling with custom diet programs.
Elite Edge Transformation Center, which launched its first gym in Waukee, Ia., in 2010, now includes more than 10 locations in the United States.
The fitness franchise is on track to open 20 locations by 2021.
Gemelli said Elite Edge is “a proven concept that helps people of all ages lose weight and then build up muscle and create habits and a healthy lifestyle, the short term challenges get people interested and then they get great results and keep coming back”.
The new Elite Edge Transformation Center Grimes will feature 8,000 sq foot gym floor, a martial arts training studio with Brazilian Jiujitsu instruction from the head coach and Former World Series of Fighting World Champion Steve Carl. There will be over 15 classes a day featuring group training and martial arts.
Elite Edge Transformation Center Grimes is scheduled to open in late January or early February.
